Hypnotics origins

Inspired by mutual tastes and desires to create a platform for sorely underrepresented experiences, graphic designer Izzy [@ize.art] and creative Teegz decided to turn one of Iz’s portfolio pieces into reality. Hypnotics Magazine started production in March of 2020 in the midst of Sydney lockdown.
A capsule in time to any given moment, this magazines focus is on the featured makers, celebrating and showcasing them. Aiming to turn heads and raise eyebrows Hypnotics Magazine is structured to intrigue you with sick art, music, raw interviews and important information for both readers and creatives.

Iz works freelance from the Inner West as a graphic designer and artist creating promotion and online content for bands and businesses with a drive to curate and design her own project brimming with as much gritty reality and lush kinks as the pages will fit. Artist, beat maker and creative soul Teegz, with La Loba inked across her chest this woman has the spirit of the wolf with a style and a story lived far beyond her years.

Now directed by Iz, Hypnotics Magazine is ecstatic to have a creative legend joining the crew and contributing since Issue 3; Sophie Miller [@sophiemillerart] Sophie is an artist, graphics designer and jewellery maker currently based in the the Blue Mountains, living in paradise of distinct creative style. Together with Sophie’s innate dedication Hypnotics, it continues to grow.

Lastly editor, support rock and hype woman of Hypnotics Magazine, Daisie Buckle [@morgan.dont]. Without her no sanity would be kept, from day one Daisie has been there for late night edits and release nights. In between studying environmental science, Dais comes on shoots and journeys with Hypnotics, helps write, scribes interviews and reads through every word to get our grammar on point. Invaluable.
